SYNOPSIS
Shortly after their father’s funeral, a musician called Vinstri Caster and her brother Rétt Caster are discussing who gets the remainder of his items. Due to Vinstri being shy and introverted, Rétt was able to get everything else available and was willing to use the same tactics to clean house.
The item up for grabs is a recording of their father. Carter Caster. Rett wants to sell it for £100,000. Vinstri wants it for more personal reasons. The recording is a song she made with her father and as a sign of respect to him, she intends to finish it.
CAST
Rétt Caster
Rétt Caster is an arrogant, imperious wanabe buisnessman. Money is always on his mind, no matter the emotional value an item has. If it can make Rétt something, he is willing to sell.
Rétt Caster is played by the fantastic IAIN ALEXANDER. A man who is as professional as they come. Puntual and amazingly skilled. A warm person, who isn't afraid to play someone not like himself.
Rétt has a history with his Sister and Father. Father he resented due to the way he felt he was treated as a child. "Rocket" was a nickname given to him by his father Carter Caster. One that would spawn years of pain for Rétt.
VINSTRI CASTER
Vinstri Caster is a Musician just like her father. She became one becasue of her father. Carter and Vinstri would make music together since she was the age of 9. Music is her way of connecting to someone. A way she connected to him.
Vinstri Caster is played by the amazing LEONI AMANDIN. Always with notes to bring up, that will help her and the whole production understand elements better. Fantastic at bringing another level of emotion.
Vinstri and Rétt's releationship is complicated. Vinstri has felt Rétt had always been jealous of her. Her connection with their father Carter. Rétt calls her "Vinny". A nickname she swore only her father could call her. Only more reason to think he is jealous of what she had with Carter.
